DINING + KARAOKE DEPOSIT POLICY
- The bookings are only confirmed once the deposits are paid (100 euro deposit for each karaoke room booked and 10 euro deposit per head for tables over 10 people);
- The deposits will NOT be redeemed against the final bill. All deposits will be refunded on the day following the event;
- Due to high demand, the seating for dinner will last two hours for large groups, no flexibility. We appreciate your understanding.
Cancellation Policy - Dining
- All cancellations must be made 30 days prior to the date of the reservation;
- Drop in numbers must be notified with at least a 5 days notice;
- Cancellations or drop in numbers notified after the cancellation/drop periods will lose the deposit.
Cancelation Policy - Karaoke
- Once the deposit is paid, it is non refundable in cases of cancellation, rescheduling or no-show. Please be aware of this policy before you pay the deposit.
