This Cold IPA brings together the best of both worlds with IPAs and German lager. Intensely hopped with 100% NYS grown cashmere and centennial hops this brings forward flavors and aroma of tropical fruits, clementine, and pithy peach with some light floral nights. Fermented with a lager yeast and corn in the mash bill to give the base a nice crispness letting the hops shine.

A sour IPA brewed with a whole lot of wheat malt for a light bodied IPA. Hopped and dry-hopped with Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops. Grapefruit, passion fruit, orange, and white wine flavors and aromas.

This rich and creamy milk stout is exceptionally smooth from additions of flaked oats and milk sugar.

At Woodland, we bottle beers that we believe can stand the test of time. In many cases, these bottles have already conditioned for a time until we believe they're ready. Most of these beers are big expressive beers, barrel-aged beers, and farmhouse beers. From time to time, you'll even see beers pulled from our cellar of vintage beers.
