We only aged 5 gallons as an experiment. Whoa Baby it's awesome. This wine offers fresh and ripe aromas of red fruit including cherry, tart raspberry and strawberry with a component of forest earthiness. On the palate, the wine brings rich and ripe red cherry, raspberry and strawberry fruit and more subtle flavors of exotic spice, smoky herbs, toasted vanilla and black tea a subtle finish of our whiskey.
