**Private groups are sat in our upstairs dining room--Please note that there is no elevator access! This is the second story of an old, 19th century building, lovingly renovated and beautifully designed. Please browse our photo collection found on this page!
**In order to secure the private room, we require a $500 room rental fee/deposit and a Food and Beverage Minimum. The minimum varies a bit depending on the day of the week, and the season; The F&B minimum typically starts at around $3000 on a weeknight, and can go up to $4500 on a weekend depending on the date.
**Depending on your food menu selections, your bar/alcohol budget will correspond accordingly.
**Every event is different and priced specifically to your menu selections as well as the F & B minimum--which fluctuates depending on the time of year and day of the week
**A sample break-down in pricing would look like this: $3000 minimum for a Thursday in October// For 40 guests this would amount to $75 per person// If $50 is allocated towards food, the remaining $25 will be towards bar/alcohol/beverage
**Your group is always welcome to spend more than the Minimum, just not less :) The final total will be based on actual consumption the day of the event. Any unmet minimum will be collected in the form of a 'room-rental' fee
