Riesling based bubbly

Rosé Brut - A bright, fruit-forward sparkling rosé built on a Cabernet Sauvignon base. Lake Chelan & Columbia Valley AVAs Aged in French oak, this 2021 Chardonnay opens with an inviting bouquet of soft florals, warm vanilla, and a subtle whisper of cedar. On the palate, bright fruit leads the way, layered with a rich, buttery mouthfeel and a gentle nutty finish. Smooth, balanced, and effortlessly easy to drink — a glass that welcomes you in and keeps you coming back.

Sourced from Washington's Columbia Valley and fermented in concrete for purity and texture, this Sauvignon Blanc opens with inviting aromas of honeydew, vanilla custard, and warm pudding spice. The palate bursts with bright stone fruit, jammy preserves, and a drizzle of wildflower honey, all framed by a silky, mineral-driven finish. Crafted from fruit grown at the renowned Aquilini Vineyard.

Fermented in concrete to preserve purity and texture, this Pinot Gris opens with bright, lifted aromatics. The palate delivers vibrant fruit and a subtle nuttiness, finishing with a zesty snap of citrus peel and fresh-cut grass. Crisp, clean, and full of life. Sourced from Cowan Vineyard in the Yakima Valley AVA and Clos CheValle Vineyard in Chelan County.

A guest favorite returns with more lift and complexity. Grown on the upper blocks of Olsen Vineyard and handled with restraint—no heavy oak, no excess weight. Nose: Jasmine and honeysuckle lead into apricot, orange blossom, and a soft touch of honey. Palate: Bright and lifted, with ripe tangerine, white peach, and lemon zest carried by lively acidity. Expressive without being heavy, finishing dry and refreshing. Finish: Long, clean, and quietly complex, with a crisp, mineral-driven close. Balanced, vibrant, and easy to return to—with food or just another bottle among friends.

From heritage Cabernet Franc vines planted in the 1970s and 80s at the storied Champoux Vineyard, fermented in stainless steel to preserve its crisp, vibrant character. Tasting Notes: Bright red fruit and lemon curd, with strawberry, white raspberry, and a touch of pink grapefruit. Aromas of wild strawberry, rose petal, and watermelon rind hint at classic Cabernet Franc. Crisp and refreshing with a surprising viscosity and soft, rounded texture. Pure, dry, and endlessly drinkable.

A classic Rhône-inspired blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre, aged 18 months in French oak. This wine opens with inviting aromas of ripe cherry and warm maple. On the palate, bright red fruit mingles with deeper dark fruit notes, lifted by a touch of citrus zest and a generous, jammy richness. Rounded, layered, and built to savor. Columbia Valley

From the elevated Royal Slope, where cool nights and long days slow ripening for a lighter, more graceful take on Syrah. Shaped by place and made for moments that call for nuance over weight. Nose: Violets and lilac lift into brambly berry and wild blueberry, with black tea and white pepper underneath. Palate: Light on its feet with energetic acidity and supple tannins. Cool-toned blueberry and black raspberry balanced by dried herbs and a hint of minerality—fresh and precise start to finish. Finish: Smooth and lifted with a floral note and clean mineral edge. Elegance over power. Thoughtful, versatile, and easy to reach for on a weeknight.

Single-varietal Grenache, made for the brighter side of the spectrum. A red for the pool, the beach, or the boat—with a delicate profile and precise minerality that echoes Spain's Sierra de Gredos, plus the purity of fruit Washington does so well. Nose: Ripe strawberry, rose petal, blood orange peel, and pomegranate lift from the glass. Palate: Crisp and high-toned. Wild raspberry, fresh thyme, and citrus rind with subtle mineral edges. Light enough to keep coming back for another sip. Finish: Clean, light-bodied, and fresh. Soft red fruit lingers with just enough grip to stay interesting, with a cool, earthy freshness like the air

Our wine club is how we keep our favorite humans close, our best bottles flowing, and our five resident pups in belly rubs year-round. Two weeks before each release, you'll get a preview — customize your selection through our member portal, by email, phone, or in person. Pick up your wine during the release window, or we'll ship it to you automatically at your tier's rate.
