SHOCHU is a traditional Japanese distilled alcoholic beverage, which is most commonly made from sweet potato/ barley/ rice.

The basic preparation for producing PREMIUM SAKE is by polishing the larger rice grains. The grains are then reduced by at least 30% of its original size. To yield the highest flavors, the proteins, lipids, and minerals that coat the grain are removed. Each additional polishing to the grain will enhance a higher, cleaner, and more refine taste to the sake.
