Simple grain bill of pale malts and oats will give the hops room to shine. This beer is heavily hopped with mosaic and citra in both kettle and dry hop to give you that classic citrusy and fruity hop profile.

A citrusy, tangy Berliner has in your face amounts of TANG-erine to balance out the tart and sour notes of this Berliner.

This Bitter IPA is a throwback to the classic American IPA that was born on the west coast. Big pine resin and slight grapefruit notes dominate the flavor profile while still having a clean finish.

This beautiful big stout is black in color with thick tan head and notes of chocolate and roasted coffee. As the stout warms it finishes with a slightly dry mouthfeel.
