- Inspired by the Dortmunder Union brewery, Union Lager is our take on a Westphalian pale lager. Crisp, moderately malty, and easy to drink with a pronounced hop profile, this beer is a celebration of our status as a Union-operated brewery. Brewed in collaboration and solidarity with August Schell Brewing Company, a union brewery since the 1930s.

- Legalize Big Doinks is an extra, extra dank west coast IPA—the dankest Doinks ever produced. How did they pack this much sticky goodness into one pint? Well, in addition to the standard hopping schedule, they infused a choice blend of Pineapple Express terpenes to this batch. It bursts with citrus rind, berries, pinecones, and, uh, other things. Tasting notes of Seth Rogan's stash. (There is no THC or CBD is in this beverage!)

The beer will support diversity and education initiatives by the Illinois Craft Brewers Guild and local organizations providing direct support to women in Chicagoland.

- GOAT DESTROYER, First brewed in early 2017 to commemorate the Cubs World Series win and the end of the Billy Goat curse. Brewed with a variety of German malts for a sturdy malt backbone and hopped with EKG and a touch of Simcoe.

- A light citrus flavour and a slightly nutty note make you want to test the taste. In the first couple of sips, you pick up on the tangy character and the soft, elegant body of the light colored beer. The bitterness is perceived as very pleasant harmonizes perfectly with the tangy refreshment.

- Japanese style, slow drip, cold brew coffee, poured on draft. This is truly unbelievable coffee, and it's made only a few blocks away. If you like coffee, this will be a new favorite. Drink it straight up, add a cream Liquor or coffee liquor, or make it a mocha with a cream liquor and Meletti's chocolate liquor.

- Alley Time is a reference to when you take a break from work to "lighten" your mood. It also might be the best American pale ale of all time. It's like being beamed up into a grapefruit UFO. There is no pain. Only Simcoe and light. Unlike many pale ales or IPAs, Alley Time doesn't finish very bitter. It's a beautiful enigma.

- Old fashioned, ice cold, draught root beer. Made in Wisconsin, this is one of the best root beers out there, and The Beard is a giant overgrown child and insisted we have root beer on draft. He's very excited.

- Beat the summer heat with this delicious treat! Blended flavors of vanilla, orange, malt, a little dank grassiness with a balanced amount of hop bitterness as the cherry on top. Smooth, creamy, but not overly sweet; this confection of an IPA is around once a year, so sip it while you can!

- German Kölsch. The quintessential beer for any and every day, boasting all the quenching crispness of lager plus the gentle fruity overtones of ale. The only beer Reissdorf has brewed since 1894—plenty of time to dial it into perfection.

- Continental-style Pilsner. Lager by the liter is the name of this game. Pure and simple ingredients of premium quality and patient lagering combine for a harmonious, refined Pils with restrained bitterness and notes of peppery lemongrass courtesy of the rarely seen Santium hop.

- Produced from all gluten free ingredients -- water, millet, buckwheat (soba), brown rice, sorghum, hops, and yeast. It's dry-hopped with West Coast USA hops for an appealing floral finish.
