- Heirloom, Golden Russet apples, are prized by cidermakers for their honeysuckle sweetness and abundant fruity acids. This cider is blended with a few "friendly" apples that add some tannic structure. We did not ferment this blend to dryness and left some juicy residual tanginess there to shine.

- JK'S Organic Scrumpy is slowly fermented from organic apples and natural yeast. The apples are 100% grown in our Michigan orchard. The same orchard has been in our family for over 150 years. This cider saved our farm during the Great Depression. We now produce it legally so you can appreciate it too.
