- A hoppy lager. Citrus hops with light toast, cereal and caramel malts, and grass. Taste is sweeter than the nose with lots of citrus hops but no bitters, bread more than toast with cereal and lightly caramel malts. Certainly malt forward in feel, well made and smooth, but hops are felt too.

- Alley Time is a reference to when you take a break from work to "lighten" your mood. It also might be the best American pale ale of all time. It's like being beamed up into a grapefruit UFO. There is no pain. Only Simcoe and light. Unlike many pale ales or IPAs, Alley Time doesn't finish very bitter. It's a beautiful enigma.

- Pours a deep golden yellow color inclining to orange with a bit of white fizzy head that quickly disappears. Smell is wonderful, it's a rich, sweet, and zippy lemon note like a fancy lemon desert with a bit of nuttiness too. Taste follows the aroma, like a nice fancy lemon cake that tastes like more than just sugar. Typical malt notes of a cream ale and a touch of pistachio. Medium body and low carbonation mouthfeel. Very subtle sweetness and tartness round out this wonderful beer.
